About Our Warranty

Please register your system online at www.neurocarepro.com/warranty. Failure to register your product does not void your warranty rights. But can cause a delay in processing your warranty claim.

Pulsed Neurocare Photobiomodulation (Light Therapy) Devices come with a 1-year factory warranty that warrants against defects in materials or workmanship from Neurocare Pro LLC. Items that are damaged or
abused, or general wear and tear, are not covered under the warranty and may be charged for repair at their regular repair rates. If the device is determined to be defective, Neurocare Pro LLC will repair or replace it at Pulsed Neurocare Center’s at no charge during the warranty period.

ANY ATTEMPT TO SELF-SERVICE YOUR DEVICE WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

After the warranty period has finished, the user must pay for all parts and labor charges for controller, boot, pad, or brain cap repair. Pads are replaced by the consumer after the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of God, misuse, negligence, accidents, or modification of or to any of the parts of this device. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to an improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than Pulsed Neurocare certified service personnel. If the device has been tampered with this warranty is void.
